Fire shutters

Fire shutters/lids are made according to the standards applicable in the Republic of Serbia, as evidenced by the certificates issued by the Institute of IMS Belgrade and the standard SRPS.UJ1: 160. fire resistance T30 ', T60', T90 ', T120'

We make them by custom measures.

The final processing is done by electrostatic-plasticization in the tone of the choice of the investor in accordance with the standard RAL card.

The materials used are hot-dip galvanized, of first-class quality, and asbestos-free composition.

Glazed fire elements.

Fire-resistant or fire-resistant glazed elements are made according to the specified dimensions of fire resistance T30 ', T60', T90 ', T120' certified by the Institute IMS Belgrade, according to the standard SRPS.UJ1: 160.

Glazing is performed with fire glass produced in our own production

The thickness of the glass varies depending on the required fire resistance, so the fire glass of class F30 is 16mm thick and with weight of 40 kg / m2; class F60 is 21mm thick, with weight of 48 kg / m2; class F90 is 34mm thick and weighs 82kg / m2; class F120 is 54mm thick, weighing 130kg / m2.

The glass is made laminated - in layers, which has the ability to crack layer by layer when exposed to elevated temperatures thus achieving fire resistance.

Depending on the fire resistance the required thickness of the glass package will vary.

In cases where glazed fire elements are mounted as façade elements or in positions where they would be directly exposed to the sun rays or elevated temperatures, it should be emphasized that in such cases, additional isolation layers are installed as an additional degree of protection on the made glass fire-resistant packages.

thereby achieving increased resistance to exposure to temperatures.

In cases where fire glass receives information that it is exposed to elevated temperatures, the same begins to change colour (begins to bleach the inter-laminate gel), expands, layers begin to burst and these are not restorable reactions, so such glass after such a chemical reaction is no longer for use given that it has performed its function.
